Liquid Screeding
Liquid screeding is normally used for internal applications, however it can also be used for outside applications up to a max of 50mm thick.
Benefits
Quick Drying – normal screed takes a lot of effort and time to lay, and it take days or weeks to dry. However, a liquid version dries within 24 hours after application. As a result, it provides a flat level finish as it is self-levelling.
Underfloor Heating Applications – a liquid screed will provide the ideal flat surface ready for your choice of flooring. Subsequently, it’s a popular choice to cover underfloor wet or dry heating systems.
Speed up Laying Floors – modern tiles, vinyl and laminate flooring all require a very flat surface for gluing or click laying. Subsequently, liquid screed allows your floor to be installed sooner, thereby speeding up your project completion date.
